Warm up:

3 min jump rope
20 sledge hammer hits (atl side) on tire
3 min shadow box

Stretch

Work out:

4 set pull ups - 8 reps

3 rounds 3 mins on heavy bag

40 kicks each leg on heavy bag

3 min head movement

Stretch - protein shake - shower

Have a safe journey.
