3 min jump rope - 2 laps of heavy bag flip - medicine ball slams 10 reps x 2 sets - stretch
Workout:
Squats - 4 sets x 5 reps
Overhead press - 4 sets x 5 reps
Deadlifts - 4 sets x 5 reps
Reverse curls - 4 sets x 5 reps
Wrist curls bar - 4 sets x 8 reps
Crunches - 3 sets x 50 reps
Stretch - Protein shake - Shower
