Workout:
Squats - 4 sets x 5 reps
Deadlifts - 4 sets x 5 reps (last set 285lbs)
Seated Rows - 3 sets x 10 reps
Lat Pull Downs - 3 sets x 8 reps
Stretch - Protein shake - Shower
